At Black Ink Branded, every deck of cards we create is designed with precision, artistry, and attention to detail. Because many of our decks are limited editions or part of exclusive print runs, we’ve crafted the following policies to protect both our collectors and our brand.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • During promotional periods, free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.

Delivery Times

  • U.S. Orders: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

  • Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier.

Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Shipping & Duties

  • We proudly ship worldwide where permitted.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import fees, or local taxes. These are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
